Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us on sales@water-rite.com.au

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 -2 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will replace a product or provide a refund including additional freight charges incurred, if:

  1. You receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
  2. You receive a product that has been damaged in transit; or
  3. The product becomes faulty during its warranty period.

We will replace a product or provide a refund (but additional freight charges will be incurred both returning the product and sending the replacement), if:

  1. The product you purchased is no longer required;
  2. You purchased an incorrect product.

We will NOT be in a position to replace a product or provide a refund if:

  1. The product is damaged due to misuse or abuse; or
  2. In the case of a new product, that the product is not returned in an immediately saleable condition.



Shipping

We use couriers that deliver door to door delivery with product tracking. As a result we only deliver to street addresses, not post boxes or RMB numbers.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days

If any item is not in stock it may take a few days to receive from our suppliers. We shall advise you by email and undertake you instruction.

We can ship to virtually any address in the Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations. Please contact us if you are not sure about shipping costs and rules.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
